My husband and I are considering a cruise to New England next Sept. We have heard that the seas are rougher on this trip. Can anyone give us any first hand knowledge as to whether this is fact for fiction.

I went from Bayonne NJ to Nova Scotia. I never felt it was any rougher than other cruises. It will depend on the weather in the area at the time of your cruise. No One can predict that. Have a great cruise.

We've made five cruises to Canada and/or New England. The seas were quite variable... in fact, we had both rough seas and smooth as glass seas on the same cruise, days apart. Cruise Fanatic is right in that it is tough to predict the weather in the North Atlantic.

This is a great itinerary, and I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Happy cruising,
LisaP
