I can't speak for Royal Caribbean, but according to Celebrity's Alcohol Policy, they might. (See paragraph 7).

They both are owned by the same company.

For a few bucks you run the risk of be embarrased or worse, having your bottle break in your luggage...I've seen that happen..wasn't pretty....If you want to drink, spend the money on board and have fun...Happy Cruising..
