Which countdown ticker are you using? It is hard to answer the question without more specific information.

Some of the tickers require you to put in the correct time zone. Or maybe the ticker is smart enough to know you have to be there by noon for a 4PM depature... Confused

Hi, we leave at 4pm on the april 13th out of miami, our plane doesn't even get in untill 11:30, so by the time we get our luggage and grab a cab I'm thinking more like 2 before we get to the ship
I used cruise tickers to create the countdown clock

The Cruise Tickers clock is set on a different time zone than many of us would be using. (Specifically, it's on the International Date Line.) Look for my second post in this thread for steps as to how to convert to the time zone in which your ship is departing.

I like Jim's answer, though. Big Grin

EDIT: I just tested it, and came up with something different. Eek ADD 5 hours to your departure time and it should work.

Happy cruising,
LisaP
