We are booked back to back on the above ship on Sept. 22nd returning Oct 6th. Has anyone been on it recently? We are particularly interested in the disembarkation procedure in Montreal Quebec and how long it takes. WE have nver been on NCL but are experienced cruisers.
Haze, I just read the most recent Norwegian Sea review posted to Cruisereviews. CHeck it out - though the itinerary is different from yours, it will give you some idea of the ship.
I sailed the Sea in Jan '99 on its former "Texarribean" itinerary. I found its size and light, airy decor and design comfortable. Also I really enjoyed the shows - the Jean Ann Ryan company do a fine job, in my opinion, and you would do well to catch them. The feature entertainer we had onboard then was Jane L. Powell (I think I have her name correct.) If she is on your cruise, DON'T miss her - she is superb! If not, give the feature singer a try - perhaps they are about as good.
