Can you plug a DVD player into the room TV? We have a regular balcony cabin. We are not TV addicts, but rather have a one year old who watches Sesame Street while nursing, when we are showering, etc.
Where? Which ship? How long it takes to board depends upon how many people are in line when you get there. Arriving early or late helps to shorten the lines.
The cabin's TV is fairly small, why not watch the DVDs on the portable player? Besides, there's plenty of children TV channels for your young one to watch.
We were just on the dawn, and the tv had no available inputs on it. One tip though, regardless bring a power strip. There is only one plug in the cabin outside of the bathroom. If you need to charge batteries etc, you will really appreciate bring the power strip.
Aw, I asked a simple question about bringing a DVD player to play my daughter's favorite Elmo tape should I want to. I am not duct-taping her to a chair while playing craps nor subjecting her to a Clockwork Orange-like onslaught of Barney tapes. She's my kid and well loved. Did you have to add the comment about the TV being a poor babysitter?
If I were a bad mom, would your lone sentence tucked into your (otherwise helpful) email response make a substantive difference in her life? I'm not upset, and am kidding here, but jeez. That makes me hesitant to ask more questions. I'm just trying to figure out my options.
