The reviews on the Dream are under NCL not on the first page that lists the new reviews. There are 3 new ones on the Alaskan cruises.

HMM! Sad to see POA still bringing in the F- ratings.

Can someone explain the practical effect of having an all American crew? What does this mean besides Jones Act ramifications? In the back of my mind I know it means something but I can't remember- Raoul, I'm sure you can help me out here.
