Recently my Mom was on was on the Crown which was retired. She wanted to find out where the staff was reassigned. Is there any way to find this out? Does anyone know what ship Pedro or Pasquale is on?

Hi gabcol, welcome to Cruise-Chat. Have you tried calling NCL? They do have toll free numbers. Did you have an email address for either of them? Best wishes in your search, and once again, welcome aboard.

While many crew members will resign contracts on the same ship time after time, many will sign contracts for different ships.
The service staff can pick ships they wish to work upon just like we can pick ships to cruise on. The major difference being they pick a ship to work on for months while we pick a ship for a week or so.
Staff is always rotating between the ships. Every week, staff are arriving and departing.

Not entirely correct. The rotation of crew are based on the ship's needs of staff, so the crewmember itself is not really choosing. During the crewmembers contract he or she can be transferred to other ships.

It's correct that every week has a certain number of sign ons and offs.
