I am doing the same, I plan on getting down to the port around noon.

Noon, or just before, sounds about right to me. We embarked on Carnival Victory a couple of weeks ago and Norwegian Dawn was in the neighboring berth. This was about 11:30 and it appeared that all pax had disembarked from both vessels.
