Hello, please help me?!

I've just returned from a great Southern Carribbean Cruise with the Norwegian Dawn (1.April - 12.April) and there was that amazing shipdoctor, I think his name was Dr Maritz, who did such a great job.
Unfortunately I forgot to tell him and I really would like to send some greetings to him!
Do you know if it is possible to write a card or email to him?
Does the DAWN have an address?
