we're going on the dream out of new orleans Nov. 2nd. The first sailing from there. Stopping in Cancun, Cozumel, Belize City, and Roatan. Any tips? Which excursions should we consider?

We may be joining you. Still up-in-the-air about final verdict. We might go with RCCL's Rhapsody out of Galveston. There will be 8 of us (4-adults & 4 children). Will keep you posted.
