I Had recently book my first ncl alaska cruise with cruise.com. I feel I had been " wrip off" by false advistment. On their advisetiment, it had told us that we will be getting a coupon book with offer on one free bottle wine, which is not ture. I had call them back, and they had responds that it is not their advertisment. It is NCL's coupon book, they had change coupon, but if they know , they shouldnot be advertisethat on their website. I will never book with cruis.com again.
