what is the monthly avg. pay including tips for bar servers on ncla (Hawaii) What is the truth about life on board.

good question. i would like to know to. i'm waiting on my MMD and waiting to go for training and i'm going to be a bar server so i'd like to know as well.

I'm sure it's not much....mostly working for tips.....same as all the other workers on board....When you do get outstanding service..TIP 'EM:-)..But I would like to know too what they are making....
