Ok, first let me say sorry for making you answer probably the same questions over and over again. Here it is...Can I buy canned soda, juices, and/or water at a port and bring it on board? I also saw a post from a few years back about bringing on a 12 pack of beer. I am not interested in "smuggling" the stuff on, I am just wondering what I am allowed to bring. Thanks in advance.
Norwegian will allow you to bring a resonable amount of juice, sodas and waters aboard. They will not allow any beer, wine or liquer aboard their ships. If you bring it with you, they will confiscate it, but you will get it back at the end of the cruise.
Thanks for your info. We can bring wine if we declare it and pay a corking fee right? Do you pay the fee when you are getting on? We are down to 40 days and 40 nights!!!!

We are going on Disney Wonder June 2008. Can you let me know if the shows or programs have changed since June 2005.
When your luggage is xrayed at the pier and liquor is found, your luggage is not delivered to your cabin. Your luggage is delivered to the purser's office where you have a "discussion" concerning your liquor. NCL is really clamping down on this one.
I have never been on a cuise, we are going on the Pearl in a few months. I have read a lot of comments in regards to this topic. I am more than happy with the in cabin liquor set up of like $50 a bottle, but we prefer to have a few beers in our room or on the balcony. I have been quoted at like $4.50 per beer, which is $108 per case of domestic beer! I don't mind paying that at a bar but that is too much for a room beer. Is there a cheaper way without smuggling that anyone knows of to have a case of beer in the room? Thanks!
