My husband and I will be crusiing for the first time on Pride of America. I am scared to death that this is going to be a bad experience, based on all of the posts that I have read so far. Any suggestions on how to make the cruise more enjoyable? Any suggestions for shore excursions that will help us enjoy the Hawaiian Islands?

My first time cruising I did not know what to expect but, I enjoyed all of it. I also wondered why I did not book a cruise before. I would say research all the ports before you cruise.
