mm,

irons are considered a major fire hazard and are not permitted in cabins. A good alternative is a portable steamer. As for hair dryers and wine prices, which NCL / Orient Lines / Star Cruises ship will you be sailing on?

Best regards,

Wave hair dryers are dangerous on ships

Wine by the glass starts about US$ 7+ and goes up rapidly from there allot has changed in NCL beverage prices over the last 12 months nothing for the better.
Beer helmets are gone from my last cruise some months ago, asked staff they said new boss with fancy ideas
enjoy your trip watch out the beverage prices whenyour signing it adds up fast

A travel steamer is a good investment.

Ships that have public laundry facilities usually have irons in them though.

If you don't want to buy a steamer, (although I love how they work) You can also use the hairdryer as an iron, just blow the air on the hottest setting close to the clothes in a downward motion. I use this when i'm traveling on business and no problems.
Happy cruising.
Care.

Hair dryers have been provided on every ship I've been on. Irons are a no no. Never heard of using a hair dryer to iron our wrinkles, but it makes sense. Maybe spray a mist of water before doing it? Almost as good as a portable steamer. Necessity breeds intrapreneurs.
