Same as Dave, 3 to 5 bucks depending on what I have ordered. If I remember correctly, you have to sign for the order (even though there is no additional cost) and can add the tip to the receipt and, therefore, your onboard account.

Like Dave I usually give a 2 to 4 dollar tip depending on the size of the order, but I prefer to pay in cash-I travel with a supply of 2 dollar bills just for that purpose-those 2's really seem to brighten their faces when they get 'em-
