That's good - maybe they'll stop charging pax that are booked in the Owner's Suite a $20 fee for priority boarding! I just heard that this happened to someone. Roll Eyes The passenger's TA sent an email to the NCL rep but as yet, no response.

If that is happening it is disgraceful and the pinnacle of nickel and diming. If it were me, and the cruise was still in the refund window, I'd cancel just on principle.

You heard from someone you know personally, or did you read it on the internet? To be truthful, that's the first time I've read it, and I frequent several cruise web sites.

Like a good reporter, I wish you would verify this as the truth before spreading rumors.

Frankily, I find it hard to believe.

Ron,
I don't spread rumors - HOW DARE YOU ACCUSE ME OF THAT! - would you like to call the TA whose pax was charged the $20??? Send me a private email and I'll be glad to furnish you with the number!

Chuck, did they find out before or during boarding?

Quick note about the revamped Latitudes program: NCL cruises prior to the 1995 inception of Latitudes will count toward the total, as will some cruises taken on Royal Majesty before NCL purchased the ship in the late 1990s. However, these cruises will not be in the Latitudes system, so members should call the Latitudes hotline for instructions on how to have these past cruises added.

Happy cruising,
LisaP

Lisa,
I don't know and heaven forbid I would speculate lest I be accused of rumormongering again by Mr. NCL. I will ask my friend, the TA and get back to you.

Thanks, Chuck. Just curious if I need to bring an extra 20 with me when I embark in a few days. Smile

Happy cruising,
