I am American and have been living in the UK for almost 9 yrs.....as the Jewel is an American ship..does it serve ice tea?


I would be such a happy camper to find out they do..

Hi! First of all, just to clear things up, the Jewel is not an American ship. NCL has three "American" ships: the Pride of America, Pride of Aloha, and the Pride of Hawaii. The Jewel is FOC (Flag of Convenience) registered in the Bahamas.

Okay, now that you need a litre of iced tea just to keep your eyes open, I will give you the answer to your question:

I guess MeShell meant to say that "Norwegian Jewel" is a ship catering to the American market rather than refering to her as a US-flagged ship. Wink

Sorry I should have clarified that...was thinking in terms of american dollars on board and such....More to the American market..yes...
