I love the Spirit. It's Asian decor and art are unique for ships sailing from North America. The Kids area is huge. There are two great bar/lounges aboard, the Galaxy of the Stars and the Maharini's Lounge that shouldn't be missed.
now that you have been, tell me how was it? I am going on Spirit jan 2, 2007, fron nyc. We have done the Dawn (too big) and the Sun (not nyc) this leaves only rccl or the Spirit. We are freestlye fans, can you recommend a good floor for a balcony? How about which days were good for the specialty restaurants? I would appreciate any info, and any comments on 11 day shor excursions. thanx
My advice is to forget Norwegian if you are looking for a quality cruise line! I have been trying to get through to get some action with their "Customer Relations" department for over six months now! They have, in that time, gone through THREE directors. And I still have no direct response. All this after they dumped my luggage in a pool of water on dock. Stay away from them.

How many times are you gonna repost this? The fact is no cruise line is perfect. I have heard bad and good about all cruise lines. I think NCL is fair. No cruise line is gonna go begging to give you a refund if something goes wrong. I think that NCL is a decent/good line except their site needs much more organization and content.
