Any recommendations for shoretrips? What sort of music is played in the lounges at night? My husband and I love to dance.

As for music, name it and it'll probably be available at least one night aboard the ship at one of the lounges. Read your Freestyle Daily every night before going to sleep, or the first thing every morning. There will be rock & roll band, soloists - either guitar or piano, and other groups too.
I wish I had specifics.
