Greetings. My husband and I are very excited about cruising to Alaska in May. We are in our early and mid 30's and have a potty trained 3 year old. We have received contradicting information and was wondering if anyone in this cruise community could answer our specific question. The Club HAL programs states it caters to a 3-7 age group, yet on several other cruis sites it claims a 5-7 age range. I also heard that they will allow a under 5 y.o in the club hal facility, but only with a parent. Due to our son's age this is a key detail that we would like to have fully covered with no surprises attached. We realize that the hal facility was renovated over the last year which may account for the policy confusion. Any help or personal experience would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to be really sure, I'd advise calling Holland America directly and ask them. It's obviously important that you know what's what!
