How strict is the formal dress code? I have been trying to hire a suit for Cruiseline Formal.
but cannot contact them from Australia, Ph No`s provided by HA do not work, they do not seem to have E.Mail. The only suit on the order form is a Tux that looks like a 30`s Undertaker. I do not usualy wear suits so I do not have one to take, also it is more luggage to carry for very little use. We have now done 15 cruises with different companies and not needed a suit.
We are booked on Volendam from Sydney.

Craftsman, Did you try this international ph number?

( Monday - Friday 8:00am-12:00pm EST and 1:00pm-5:00pm EST )
)
International guests please call: +1 305 252 6565
Not sure how long your cruise is, you may have 2 or 3 formal nights you may want to attend. If no TUX they mention dark suit jacket. Hope this helps. We have used Crusie Line Formal Wear and the TUX is in your Cabin waiting for you. The web site had many choices to pick from. Hope this helps.

Craftsman - have you tried contacting HAL via their website? There should be a "Live Chat" link. There is also a page with contact numbers. On our last 3 HAL cruises, my husband wore his sport coat, nice slacks shirt & tie on formal nights. He was good to go in the dining room. Good luck.
