Greetings all. We're going on the Westerdam in November, and my wife wants to find out about the hydrotherapy pool: How much is it to use? Is it really worthwhile?

In terms of background, we've been on the Celebrity Millenium-class ships several times, and find the Thalasso Pool (which was free) quite relaxing.

Hoping the HAL Hydrotherapy Pool is as nice or better...

So.... no-one ever use the Hydro pool??

There was a post on this many months ago - can't remember when, but the poster did say it was well worth the money. At $125, I'm not sure that I would want to spend that much...

I booked a massage and was allowed to use it at the end of my massage. It is nice but I don't think I would spend the money to use it every day. I was talking with another guest and he said it was $150 for the first person in the room and $100 for each additional passenger. Seemed kind of steep to me. Or it was $50 a day per person.

Wow... thanks for the info Stranger (and welcome to cruise-chat)... pricing's kinda steep for some hot bubbly water... will definitely think twice before paying!!

I don't think I will spend that kind of money for the hydro-pool! My husband got layed off frm Chrysler after we already had our cruise booked! We will need to spend wisely this time!
