As is true for all the other mainstream cruise lines, complimentary cocktails are served at the Captain's Welcome Aboard party and at the party for past passengers of the particular cruise line.

What about water, coffee and tea? Are they complimentary at meals and throughout the day? We went on a European cruise ship which charged for coffee or tea unless served with meals and all bottled water.
