How can I view menus and sign up for various ship activities. Cruising in November.

I know of no way to view menus before hand. You can sign up for excursions on the HAL web site using your booking number. As for activities on the ship, I think they are open to everyone. I have done bingos, tour of the kitchen, and quizes. I like to sit in my deck chair with a good book and relax.
