Our family is booked for the end of July. Our kids 2nd cruise and our 5th. I would love a good recommendation for a hotel the night before (with transportation from airport to hotel and then in the morning to port.) Also we will be flying back the day our ship returns so any suggestions for the cheapest way to get from the port to the airport for 6 of us. Also would love ideas for excursions that our teens would love. Thanks.

I was going to say something cute like, "What? You don't know where the Caribbean Princess is going to be in the end of July?" But maddie didn't even tell us what year!

maddie,

Welcome to cruise-chat. You didn't give us the details needed to provide a good answer. I assume it is this coming July and that you will be flying into FLL, although many fly into MIA for some odd reason (I hate MIA).

The Hampton Inn North in Fort Lauderdale has a package deal that includes room, airport pickup, shuttle to the ship, and breakfast. I like Hampton Inns - good value with free high speed internet and the breakfast buffet included in your price.

Sleep Inn in FLL ofers the same kind of package with the same amenities. It is also next to a Walgren's,a mini mall with two banks and a Dollar Tree store for all those last minute items!!

Bon Voyage,
