We will be arriving in Barcelona a few days prior to our January cruise. Any advice on reasonably priced hotels and the best location in the city? Normally I look for hotels on Expedia but have not had to book a hotel in another country.

We are sailing on NCL Jade September 7 and have booked at Onix Liceo. TA recommended it and reviews show good for money.
