Hi, I am looking for a hotel in Miami or Ft Lauderdale with 2 br. I would love to stay on the beach. Any suggestions?

The Sheraton Yankee Clipper has a section of their hotel right on the ocean. There is also a strip called the Galt Ocean Mile, which has hotels on the ocean. The Breakers is one that comes to mind, but if you google, Galt Ocean Mile Hotels, I'm sure there are others, just can't think of the names. The Palms or the Royal Palm in South beach (Miami) are nice hotels. Best wishes!

I would suggest going to www.tripadvisor.com. It will tell you a lot about the hotels in the area you want.

I agree with Sonny. Tripadvisor is great. I do almost all my research on hotels, on that website. I thought I read that the Sheraton Yankee Clipper, was going to be closed/torn down, something like that. Check into that. Good luck.
