Will be sailing out of this terminal, Princess Cruise Lines. We are driving. What is a recommended route there, parking, rooms etc.

I understand that there are a few ways to get into Brooklyn. One may be longer but is faster due to the traffic congestion.

We plan on getting to the area a day before and getting a room close by. Would appreciate suggestion on this. Such as maybe getting one in NJ etc.

How is the parking. I have been informed that it is $20 per day. Our cruise is for 9 days. Is there enough spaces available?

Is there alternatives? One that is using Amtrack but it may be more hassle than it is worth.

Are there other outlying parking areas that have shuttles to the pier?
