Alaska is a big State, what part are you wanting to know about. Here is a link for Juneau. We did the Inside Passage last year at the end of May. The weather was fantastic. Had a friend up in norther Alaska mid Sept last year. He said it was great and quiet with the lack of people.
May and September about the same. Can be nice and warm in the 70s or you could have rain as the inside passage is just a rainy place. All in the luck of the draw. I spoke with my cousin in Anchorage the other day and it was in the 70s. Check their TV channel at KTUU.com.

You'll see on your left all of the Alaska ports. Just click on each port and then under the picture click on Click to View Current Weather and you are set. It will give you the current conditions. This will help you to see the weather as you get closer to leaving for your cruise.
