Normally your documents show up about 30 days prior to your cruise. Give or take a week.
Unless you asked for the electronic documentation (basically an email). If you booked through a travel agent, they will get your docs and you will have to get them from them (I assume the would send them to you or you can pick them up) So, if you booked through a TA, call them and see if they have them yet. Then call every couple of days. They should be in very soon.

The "Cruise Doc Boogy (or Boogie)", is the dance of excitement and realization that once your cruise docs arrive, your cruise is really going to happen in just a few short weeks, or even days, and you can't contain your excitement, which erupts in the form of a dance of some sort. I am not aware of anyone on this site that does not break out in spontaneous delirium upon the receipt of their cruise docs. Everybody....am I right?

It's a darn shame that "Dancing with the Stars" is over, maybe I would have won! This year hasn't been all the great so far, my husband loss his job at Harrah's Atlantic City after 28 years of employment, but it's not getting him down, he can't wait for this cruise. I'll let you know when I get the info.
The Cruise Doc Boogie is far superior to anything they could show on "Dancing with the Stars". It is a dance of the highest caliber and only cruisers could ever understand the sheer ecstasy of the dance. Enjoy the moment!
