We will go on the Infinity CC with balcony RT to Alaska from Vancouver in July.

What side would you recommend?
I think, starboard is the proper choice. Am I right?

It really doesn't matter whether you are on the port or starboard side, but if you have a choice the starboard side is better because you will get a greater appreciation of the Inside Passage early in your cruise, rather than when you head south toward Vancouver.

And remember the Inside Passage cannot be compared to the Elbe River...both are very interesting but shall we say, very different.
