Hi, we are cruising to Alaska in May and sailing out of Vancouver. Have you had any experience entering Canada without a passport? I was told that it's not necessary, as long as we have birth certificates and driver licenses, plus I am a naturalized citizen and will bring that as well. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

You will have no problem with the credentials you have. Either work well now, but in under three years they will no longer be acceptable. You will need a passport then.
