Can anyone tell me what happens if two couples book separately with two different travel agents but want to be seated together for meals, who do we get on to?

thank you
All you have to do is ask the travel agent to put a cross reference between both reservations. You just have to know both reservation numbers. I am not a travel agent but I believe that is how is done. I am sure some of the expert will tell you exactly what to do. As a matter of fact, we have some travel agents that are moderators?

Nica is correct on how to get seated with another couple. We did that with a couple on our last cruise. It would be a breach of our term of service for a T.A. to quote you any prices on Cruise-Chat.

Its easy to cross reference the bookings when they're booked through the same agency or if one is through an agency and one is through the cruiseline but can require an extra call if they're done through different agencies. One agent can't make a request that affects another agents booking without the cruiseline having the authorization from both. Simply call your agent with both booking #s and have your friends do the same. That way the cruiseline will have authorization from both and will set it up for you.
