I need help! We are cruising out of Barcelona Oct.28th on the Western Med. cruise. I'm wondering what to wear this time of the year. What is the weather like this time of the year? Would a fall wardrobe be appropriate both on land and on the ship? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It should still be warm enough to be enjoyable. In fact, you will enjoy the ports more because of the limited crowd and more temperate weather. However, I would take enough layers just in case it gets cold.

Have a great cruise.

Temps in Barcelona that time of year usually range from lows around 52 and highs around 68 and in Italy ports between 48 and 66. So, fall attire should be fine, but I would also pack a late summer outfit or two for good measure.

I found you a website that gives 15 day weather forecasts for any place in the Mediterranean, here it is:

www.mediterraneanweather.com

Hope this helps Smile

Riley,
What cruise line are you on? We are on RCCL Voyager leaving that day.

Thank you Mr.Ogg for your reply. I must say we have literally planned each day on shore from your website & tips. We have enough literature printed out to fill another suit case! Your information is most informative and well explained. Thanks to Nancy & Wesnlin (which I did check out that website for the 15 day forecast) For Sheila, we are on the Voyager as well, I'm quite excited, we were on the Navigator two years ago and it was great. Not long now.....Lynn
