how long does it take to get from ft lauderdale airport to miami. The reason i am aksing is that we are flying into ft laurdale and then we take a bus to the port in miami. thanks for your help

It should only take you about 35-45 minutes to get from FLL to Port of Miami (depending on traffic). The cities are only a little over 20 miles apart.

That sounds about right. Definitely less than an hour. My most recent cruise, I decided to take a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale rather than Miami thinking it was closer for our drive, Miami was so close it really would not have made much of a difference at all. Plus I would have preferred to go with a port I'd been to before. In any case, the port in Miami is very confusing to some people, be glad your taking the bus! Enjoy your cruise!
