Hello cruisers, I'm taking the family on the Mariner during Thanksgiving week and my kids do not like formal nights so my wife and I would like to take advantage of this chance to dine alone in Chops and Portofinos! Does anybody know which nights that will be? We will be in the eastern caribbean. Thanks Fred

Are you asking which nights you can dine at Portofinos and/or Chops? You can make a reservation for any night - but you want to do that soon because it can fill up quickly. You can book online if you like.

CCL - Carnival Miracle

Mike the Kid, Thanks for the reply. What I'm trying to find out is when the two formal nights are so that I can try to get reservations for chops on those nights. Thanks Fred

Usually, the formal nights are the first or last at sea days. SonnyV or Dave would probably know for sure. Thanksgiving cruises are great! We've done quite a few. Of course, it means less cooking for me, so maybe that's why it's so wonderful Wink

Penny is right. Booking Portofinos wasn't a problem after week were aboard the Mariner a couple of weeks ago, but Chops was book up by the second nigh. Thanks to the Captain we still were able to eat at Chops also.
