We have an excursion that starts at 9:30am, but it says the ship doesn't dock until 10:00am. How does that work? I think I remember reading that 9:30 is when we will meet somewhere on the ship. But I just want to make sure!!! Thanks! I sail on Sunday!!!!!!!!!

If this is a shore excursion booked through the cruise line, you will very likely meet onboard in one of the lounges prior to the ship docking, and go ashore with others on your tour.

They usually give out stickers that are either color-coded or have a number on them, based upon the tour you are taking, and then escort you off the ship and to the mode of transportation when calling your number/color.

You must have booked the excursion with RCCL, which means you'll meet prior to leaving the ship for your excursion. The group going on the excursion will disembark before other passengers. Have a great cruise!
