Royal Caribbean does sell shuttle service from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami. Your plane has to arrive by a certain time on cruise day and depart after a certain time on debarkation day. Those times depend in part on your specific cruise, so check with your travel agent or Royal Caribbean.
There are also other shuttle services you can look into. Someone here will probably respond with suggestions for you.

Top Shuttle has rates from all over the area, including Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. I'm sure there are other services in the area, just don't know of others. If it's allowed, I'll post their web site ID

I recommend this. We've done it several times and it worked well. Good full breakfast here also, nice pool too. Just be sure that you tell them at the front desk when you check in. they schedule the buses.

We are doing the same thing! Royal Caribbean does offer shuttle service, but we chose to use another company. We booked with Airport Express and were very happy with talking on the phone with them. Very helpful!
We used RCCL's transfer, and we were blown away! Our first flight was cancelled, then the train we had to take for our layover was out of service, we were booked on a full flight, and finally booked on an available flight. We did not get in until after the 2pm cut off RCCL has. So we expected to pay some to speed us to port. We stepped off the plane and guess who was waiting for us? RCCL! YES, worst day ever, thought we would not make the cruise and they SAVED us! Seriously this man drove us so fast to port! I would suggest this service anyday
