Has anyone taken the Rhapsody out of Sidney for the 14 day New Zealand cruise? I can find boards for Carribbean, Europe, Alaska, Mexico, South America and Hawaii, but nothing on Austrailia and New Zealand. We are thinking about going in January or Feburary so if anyone has taken this cruise and has information about what was good/bad indifferent, please let me know.

It's a new itinerary for them that's why. I can't imagine the itinerary being anything short of amazing.

When I was on the Rhapsody in June many of the crew were talking about this itinerary and were excited about it. The bartenders were happy too - lots of beer sales!

A few years ago we did a similar cruise on Princess (from Auckland to Sydney) and were looking forward to our first visit to Australia. But, we decided to fly into Auckland a week early, rent a car, and explore North Island. Well, we fell in love with New Zealand (Australia was OK) and could even see ourselves living in that wonderful country. do yourself a favor and try to find some additional time and money to extend your visit.
