Anybody else going? We haven't decided yet on the 3-night or the 4-night but are supposed to see the cruise planner tomorrow for detailed price info etc.

If anybody here has been on the Majesty please tell us your opinions! Thank you!

Our first cruise was on the Majesty two years ago. I was hooked after that. You won't be disappointed. Let me know what you decide.
Best wishes! Pennie

Majesty was our first cruise also. Very nice, clean ship. Entertainment was so-so but the food was really good. We took the 3 day but I would recommend the 4 day. I think even 1 day would have made a difference, it was too short for us. By the time you get relaxed, it's time to pack up again and go. I'm guessing your going to the Bahamas like we did. I could have done without the Naussau port but CoCoCay was very nice. Surprisingly we were served a nice lunch and I hear the snorkeling there was really good. We never made it to Paradise Island like everyone else, but It would be better than touring around Naussau like we did. I will only cruise with RCCL, only because Majesty gave us such a great experience, I think the ships and the staff are wonderful. Enjoy your cruise, and let us know how it all works out.

Thanks Amy! I'm glad to hear you had a great cruise!

After talking to the travel agent yesterday, we've decided on the four-night cruise, because the three-day is only forty dollars cheaper! So i'm excited about that.

What didn't you like about Nassau? I've read mixed reviews!

Thanks again!

We should have visited Paradise Island (atlantis)like everyone else, more tourist appropriate. Nassau is very poverty stricken, as I'm sure many ports in the caribbean are. If your looking for a tee shirt or trinkets to buy, or pay a little girl to sing you a song for a $1 or the native women to braid your hair, or ride a horse drawn carriage for a 15 minute ride thru town (and this is just after getting past the drug pushers that target you just as you step off the boat!), then Nassau is your place to go. Paradise Island has a huge hotel, casino, bars, dancing....hmmmm....I'm thinking I'll need to take another trip to the Bahamas and get it right this time. I'm sure there will be others who will tell you different, but do your research and read as many reviews as you can so that you are better prepared than I was. I'm not saying I had a terrible time, we took a fabulous snorkeling excursion in Nassau. It was a really nice boat with food and a bar. Better than I ever expected. Know what you like and have fun with it!!
