I would like to hear from anyone who has recently travelled to the Southern Carib. I am looking at going the last week of Nov./first week of December. Any suggestions? Thanks
That is probably my favorite itinerary. Does your itinerary include Trinidad or Tobago? It should include Dominica, where there is undoubtedly one of the best snorkels in the Caribbean. It's called Champagne Reef, absolutely fantastic. Grenada? Beautiful, the Grand Anse beach is white powder and Flamingo Bay is another fantastic snorkel. I loved St. Vincent-it's like the islands used to be. Aruba, Bonaire or Curacao included? Fantastic islands. Bonaire is another beautiful snorkel. We usually go late October/November, but have done November/December. The water is a little warmer earlier, but it's still fantastic in December. We'll be on the Royal Princess for Christmas/New Years this year. I am so excited, we'll be vising 3 new islands, Virgin Gorda, St. Barts, and Devil's Island. I really think you'll enjoy the southern route.
Thank you for the information penny. You make me want to get up and go right now! Sonny, it seems to be a toss up between Serenade of the Seas and Adventure of the Seas. The other ports don't work for me.
