Forgive me if someone has already asked this question. Six of us are going on a cruise this Saturday, one of us has a 10:30 am flight. Can he request to get off the ship early to make his flight? Also, if he does does that mean the rest of us have to leave at that time too or can we stay on the ship? Any input is greatly appreciated.

Just have the person who needs to get to the earlier flight goes to the information desk and let them know. They will either get off with the self-assist passengers or they will get off with the first passengers disembarking who put luggage out the night before. No the rest of you do not have to get off the same time the other passenger does.
On the Voyager of the Seas those who can take their own luggage off the ship can do so at 7:30am.
No matter what time you get off the ship as soon as you walk out the door you are at the mercy of US Immigration and they can make the process as long or short as they please.
The cruise ship companies have no control over this process.
