Does anyone know what and if any immunization shots we would need to go to the Western Caribbean?

You might want to make sure that everyones routine boosters of tetanus - diptheria and measles are up to date, but unless you are planning to spend an extended period of time in the remote interiors of certain Caribbean areas, there are no additional immunizations that are required.
