I have read that the cost of train transportation from the port of Nynasham, Sweden to Stockholm is about 14 USD. This is good on all city busses, subways and trains for a 24 hour period. I also have read that there is a tram around town that stops at 14 different places and you can get off/on as many times that you want. Does anyone know if this is included in the original $14??? Thanks!

I too have a question about the "hop-on/hop-off" bus in Stockholm. Where does one buy the tickets, and what is the cost? I'm not sure what the previous poster refers to by ""$14." We will be in Stockholm for only one day and of course want to make the most of it. Our "Must See" list includes the Old Town.
You can buy a One-Day-Ticket for 95 SEK (about 12 USD) and get on and off the buses as often as you wish. More information on prices and sales outlets here, on self-guided sightseeing here.
The One-Day-Ticket should be valid for the journey from Nynäshamn, too - however, I'm not absolutely sure.
