We'll be by ourselves (2). How convenient is it to get from the ship in Alex to the train or bus? Which is better? I noted the busses run on the 1/2 hr. while the train is hourly--more options with the bus. How about arrival in Cairo--is train or bus station preferable? We're heading to the Pyramids for the day and want an early start. Is it possible to disembark at 7am and catch an 8am train??? Thanks for any help.
