Well, if you want cheap your best bet is probably going to be Onur Airlines which you can book at
https://www.onurair.com.tr/onurair/

You would than click on the British flag (upper right) to get an English web page.

The problem with most budget lines in Europe are the luggage rules (you can somtimes pay more for luggage than your ticket). Onur used to allow 44 pounds per person (very generous for a budget airline), but I am not sure whether that is their current policy.

Thanks Hank for checking. However, there is no flight availabe from IST to CDG by Onurair.
I'm still looking for it and appreciate any help.

I might not be looking at the right days, but it appears that Onuair operates a daily flight from Istanbul to CDG which departs at 3:40 pm.

I am not too surprised that they are only posting through March. This is not really that unusual for the budget airlines. I would suspect that you will see April flights posted by next week (probably around Mar 1).
