We're planning to take a cruise on the MSC Sinfonia to Genua-Naples-Palermo-Tunis-Palma de Mallorca-Barcelona-Marseille in July with two children. I've read through the info on www.europeportreviews.com but am looking for additional information, especially: -Genua -Palermo -Tunis -Mallorca -Marseille (outside the city)
Are there any tour companies in the above-mentioned cities that provide day trips for passengers from particular cruise ships (other than the cruise ship itself)?
Thank you so much for any information you can provide.

From Palma, Mallorca there is a good "Sea-World" near "Palma Nova" with loads for children to do; only about ten minutes drive away so you could take a taxi.... alternatively there are good beaches, a pleasant promenade and beachfront cafes at "Playa De Palma" which is again about 15 min by taxi from the cruise ship.
Both beat, in my opinion, a long drive by coach.
It's a heck of a walk into Palma city centre from the ship, and there's only shopping when you get there....... not any fun for the children!
