We are taking the train to Florence for five days after a Med. cruise. I am severely hearing impaired, so our group of five needs a guide that speaks English with a minimal accent, speaks loudly, and is easily understood. The range of a man's voice is also easier for me to hear. I appreciate any help you can give me.
