My wife and I are going to spend a couple of nights in Venice prior to boarding the Legend of the Seas. We would like any information about nice restaurants in the vicinity.

I am not sure in which part of Venice you will be staying prior to your cruise, but we had a wonderful dinner last year at Vini da Gigio. It
is a family owned and run restaurant and is in the Cannaregio area of Venice. You didn't say what type of restaurant you would be interested in going to - budget or a bit more upscale. I might be able to suggest a couple more places if I knew what you were looking for.

All of the above are good. Just back from Venice and prices have skyrocketed!!!! you might also want to just look around on some of the back streets as there are some great not so well known places where you can get a great meal for 20-25e each with wine.
